The shape of a simple crunch offers ideal protection by forming a cushion around the transported product and reliably filling every empty space in the box. The English name void-fill peanuts perfectly reflects the characteristics of this type of filler.
Our scraper is made of 100% corn starch. It does not pollute groundwater, does not contain harmful CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons) or HCFCs . It perfectly reflects the idea of a sustainable economy: reduce, reuse, recycle .
100% biodegradable
100% compostable
Starch is also a renewable resource, in an annual cycle
Skropak from our offer underwent tests in the Laboratory of Innovative Materials and Environmental Monitoring, after which it received a positive opinion regarding meeting the rigorous requirements described in the standards PN-EN 13432:2002 and ASTM D6400-12
Our skropak will fill every empty space in the shipment, providing comprehensive protection regardless of the shape of the goods in the package. It provides immediate protection immediately after closing the shipment - its leakage is the only threat to the transported goods, hence it is also important to choose an appropriately strong cardboard box and packing tape . In some cases, it is worth additionally securing the packagewith stretch film .
The production process of our skropak is single-stage. It is more environmentally friendly compared to the production process of the polystyrene version, which is multi-stage and uses more energy.
Light, durable and cheap
Non-dusty
It thoroughly flows over the products it covers.
100% reusable and recyclable
100% biodegradable
