Pianka polietylenowa PE 2mm w rolce 100cm x 100mb (100m²)

PE 2 mm polyethylene foam in a roll

The offered polyethylene foam is characterized by high elasticity and flexibility, which allows it to be adapted to any shape. It is perfect for wrapping objects of irregular volume. The advantage of polyethylene foam is its resistance to water and chemicals. The material is durable, vapor-proof, odorless and chemically neutral. It does not mold when exposed to moisture. It has very good insulating properties. It can be freely cut, and is surprisingly light.

Our PE foams are available in widths from 50 cm to 125 cm and in rolls from 50 m to 700 m, which allows us to adapt the material to any need. We also offer insulating and protective products: foam in sheets , laminate and in the form of layered materials, cut crosswise.

We also produce PE foam in the form of expansion tape . These are strips of polyethylene foam of various widths and thicknesses, which serve as a peripheral expansion joint isolating the screed from the wall. The features of PE foam, such as the closed cell structure, provide elasticity and prevent the absorption of water and moisture through the expansion joints.

Polyethylene foam - applications and properties

Polyethylene foam works well as:

• securing goods in transport
• deck for goods stacked on a pallet
• underlay for panels
• protecting goods from moisture in the warehouse
• filling expansion joints when making screeds, floors and walls
• protection of consumer electronics, e.g. protection of laptop screens against keyboard squeezing on the screen
• protection of upholstered furniture and laminated boards
• warming plants for winter in gardening
• for growing fruits and vegetables in agriculture
• securing sanitary ceramics
• tool cabinet lining for keys and screwdrivers
• base for pool, aquarium, terrarium, tank
• for insulating boilers or ventilation ducts

Precise adjustment to your needs

The availability of different thicknesses and widths allows for the perfect selection of foam for a specific task:

FOAM THICKNESS 0.8 mm

Perfect for protecting delicate items such as laptop screens and glass.

FOAM THICKNESS 3 mm

Recommended for lighter applications, such as protecting laminated furniture boards or padding delicate surfaces.

FOAM THICKNESS 5 mm

The best option as a base for panels and screeds. It will also work well for protecting heavy and sensitive elements, such as furniture tops or ceramic products.
